In this section I wanted to collect my experiences of the various components and methods for setting up your own truck camper and some technical advice, as I said, advice, what I have written down are my experiences and everyone should be able to make their own. It is not meant to be a law, but advice for a better route.


Having sold the Saurer, I bought a MAN which was 'christened' with the name Merlin.
For about 7 months now, I have been working on Merlin, turning it into a camper van.
Here you will find the most interesting things about creating such a structure, such as the homologation procedure and the things you have to pay attention to.


My first creation, spartan, simple but functional, in the end it lacked nothing, or almost nothing.
